    As a worker in the area, I attend this establishment regularly. After a consistent almost 2 years, the lodge has become a bit hit and miss in recent times. Understandably, a change of staff can cause some upsets, but I'm not sure that excuses the poor customer service that comes with the almost too casual attitude that's ingrained into the culture. Hopefully the new wave of staff, from general manager down, will bring this place back up to the standard it has been in the past.

    Very quiet mid week. Simple but pleasant lodging, though ours faced the parking area rather than the lake. Lovely dining hall with a nice restaurant and bar with beer on tap. Wish we were staying for a few nights rather than just the one. Fabulous views. Lovely staff too!

    A very well run place, besutiful food and wonderful staff. We will definitely be back

    Great place to get away from it all. Now has Optus phone reception, but unfortunately no Telstra. The drive is great if you want to take your car or bike out on the weekend.

    Most beautiful views from public areas and some accommodation rooms. Lovely walk close by and a walk over the nearby Gordon Dam (10 min drive) is a must do.
