It was cold, wet, very windy and quite scary.

Make sure you bring some snacks for the way because there aren't shops on the way. Just an old petrol station in the middle of the way.

3.5 hour drive from Hobart. Great views along the way and totally worth it. Make sure to bring food and water though

Not brave enough to abseil down the dam wall just walking down the see through stairs was a rush.

Very long way to the bottom of the wall. Controversial when built but spectacular none the less.

Pretty close from Hobart. If you wake up early and drive there it's gonna take you 2,5 hours. At the end of trip you can find toilets.

This place is made of amazing and cool! It's a wall, a dam big wall! It has a whole lot of nothing on one side, and a whole bunch of water on the other side! So much water, that it could fill Sydney harbour 37 times (although, I don't know how you would go about emptying Sydney harbour, because that ocean just keeps trying to fill it again!). What's also cool, is that you can jump off it! If you ask nicely, they will even give you a rope first! Basically, it's cool and amazing!
